Senior Development & Acquisition Consultant North of England | £80,000 basic + £30,000 bonus | Full-time, Remote with Travel

Our client is seeking a seasoned property professional with a strong network and a sharp commercial instinct to lead our acquisition efforts across the North of England. This is a high-impact, senior role within a fast-growing, innovative and venture-backed raffle platform that is redefining how homes are marketed and sold. You will drive sourcing and securing short-term occupancy agreements with an option to purchase, identify properties ideal for our unique sales model, and manage relationships with developers and agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a structured funnel of developer and agent relationships using marketing tools across the North of England.
  • Source premium residential properties suitable for short-term occupancy and potential raffling.
  • Negotiate exclusivity agreements, deposits, and purchase options.
  • Oversee property staging, social media campaigns, and raffle site coordination during the 6-week marketing window.
  • Maintain disciplined reporting via CRM and regular pipeline updates.
  • Work closely with founders and CEO to align acquisition strategy with business goals.
  • Travel as needed to view properties, meet contacts, and manage deals hands-on.
