Job description

Overview

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Main Dealership based in the Exeter, Devon area.

Salary and Hours

The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £50,000 with OTE of circa £50,000 with alternating working hours. Week 1: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Week 2: 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM.

Role

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties

• Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
• Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
• Completion of MOT preparation
• Supporting colleagues in the Workshop frequently.

Requirements

• Previous working experience within the role
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical knowledge
• A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
