Job summary

A commercial waste services provider in Peterlee is recruiting reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers for waste collection rounds. The role requires a valid HGV Class 2 licence and CPC, with a preference for previous waste experience. Offering long-term opportunities and plenty of overtime, this position operates Monday to Friday from 4:00am to 2:00pm, with additional pay on weekends and bank holidays. Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 4:00am-2:00pm
Overtime Available: Extensive

We are recruiting reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers for commercial waste collection rounds across Peterlee and Birtley.

🕒 Hours
Monday-Friday: 4am-2pm
Saturday: Time and a Half
Sunday: Double Time
Bank Holidays: Banked or Double Pay (depending on client rota)

🔧 Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous waste/recycling experience preferred but not essential
• Reliability and good work ethic are essential
