Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment, onboarding or internal resourcing.
• Strong understanding of safer recruitment and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple vacancies from approval through to offer and start date.
• Screening, shortlisting and supporting interviews in line with safer-recruitment standards.
• Coordinating interviews, offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding paperwork.
