A UK-based manufacturing business is looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Officer to enhance its operations. This role involves implementing solutions from an HSE gap analysis, developing key documentation, and supporting teams on the shop floor. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £40k and opportunities for professional development.
An established UK-based manufacturing business is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Officer / Adviser to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone earlier in their HSE career who is keen to develop in a practical, hands‑on role within a busy shop‑floor environment.
This position has been created following a recent consultant‑led HSE analysis project. The successful candidate will play a key role in addressing identified gaps, implementing practical solutions, and embedding strong HSE practices across the operation.
You will be highly visible on the shop floor, working closely with production teams and management to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are not only met, but continuously improved.
This role would suit an ambitious HSE professional looking to gain broad, practical experience and develop their career within a supportive and forward‑thinking manufacturing business.
