The Health & Safety Manager

• Oversee and manage all Health & Safety requirements across a portfolio of residential buildings.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments (including fire, asbestos, and general building compliance).
• Prepare and review Health & Safety policies, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Support property managers and directors on best practices for safety management.
• Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Provide regular training and guidance to teams to maintain high safety standards.
