We're recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure business for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. Based in the Midlands with national travel, this is a great opportunity to work on major road construction, infrastructure, and maintenance projects across the UK.

The Role

As Health & Safety Advisor, you\'ll support site and project teams across road construction, infrastructure, and maintenance projects. You\'ll provide SHE guidance, conduct inspections and audits, investigate incidents, deliver training, and ensure compliance with CDM and health, safety, and environmental legislation. This role requires national travel and occasional overnight stays, helping drive a positive safety culture, support sustainability initiatives, and work closely with managers and regulatory bodies to improve performance across sites.

What We're Looking For
