The hourly rate for this role is £12.00 and up to £13.15 across selected locations within London.

Healthcare Clinic Assistants are the first point of contact for patients when they arrive for their appointments. You will deliver care and guidance to patients, respond promptly to their needs, and play an essential role in the pharmacy services team within our in-store clinic.

About the role

As a Healthcare Clinic Assistant, you will support patients throughout their appointment journey, ensuring a warm welcome, collecting relevant information, and observing patients during the post-appointment phase before they leave.

You will also:

  • Greet patients arriving for pre-booked appointments and explain the process
  • Check, capture, and verify patient data on electronic devices
  • Observe patients in the waiting area after their appointment and escalate any concerns to the appropriate team member
  • Follow governance, policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Support team collaboration to achieve organizational goals
  • Receive training in basic first aid to support with adverse reactions
