A prominent healthcare provider in West Bromwich is seeking a Health Care Support Worker. The ideal candidate will assist trained nursing staff in delivering patient care and maintaining a safe care environment, especially in a Learning Disability Inpatient Unit. Responsibilities include supporting patient admissions and discharges, monitoring personal care, and participating in therapeutic programs. This role is a vital part of the multidisciplinary team aimed at promoting quality care, with knowledge of learning disabilities being essential.

Will support the trained nursing staff in the delivery of care patients and contribute to the maintenance of the care environment within our Learning Disability Inpatient Assessment and Treatment Unit.
