A leading recruitment firm seeks a Head of Technical in Hull and East Yorkshire. Qualifications

• Proven experience at a similar level in food manufacturing, ideally chilled high risk/care foods.
• Experience of driving cultural change and managing a complex high volume factory.
• Process/Product Development experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical function ensuring compliance with food safety.
• Interface with customers regarding food safety and quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators and coach the team.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Promote a Safety culture and meet Health and Safety requirements.
