We are seeking a proactive Head of Safety and Compliance to lead and enhance the safety culture across all operational and training activities for our client.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a robust safety management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Safety & Compliance Department.
  • Lead and manage the Audit Plans.
  • Conduct internal audits and audits of sub-contractor organisations.
  • Oversee the management of audit findings.
  • Prepare and analyse compliance monitoring performance data.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance issues across the company.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Champion a safety-first culture throughout the organisation.
  • Lead investigations and root cause analysis of findings.
  • Manage hazard identification and risk assessments.
  • Monitor and report on Safety Performance Indicators.
  • Develop and deliver relevant safety training.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Strong understanding of CAA/EASA regulations and management systems.
  • Trained auditor with experience in internal audits.
  • Experience in safety investigations (trained investigator).
  • Proficient in use of Centrik.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
