They are now seeking a high‑calibre Head of Quality Systems, responsible for developing, integrating and elevating the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) into a unified Business Management System (BMS) across all international sites.

Job Description

• Own, manage and develop the group‑wide Quality Management System across all global manufacturing and Logistic sites
• Lead the transition from a traditional QMS into a fully integrated Business Management System (BMS)
• Map, streamline and elevate business processes; drive system standardisation and continuous improvement
• Coordinate and integrate audit schedules across the group
• Lead and support internal and external audits and assessments
• Work cross‑functionally to align processes, documentation and standards across multiple locations
