We’re hiring: Head of Operations (Shoreham-by-Sea) — up to £35,000

Tech-Takeback is looking for a hands-on operations leader to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse & logistics, keep quality and data security watertight, and help more tech find a second life.

You’ll:

• Oversee intake → triage → processing → sales/dispatch
• Work closely with our Logistics Manager to ensure optimal efficiency
• Champion data destruction & compliance (UK GDPR, audit trails, ISO/ADISA frameworks)
• Drive continuous improvement and clear SOPs
• Line-manage and develop a positive, efficient team
• Report performance and hit SLAs for clients/partners

You bring:

• Strong ops leadership in warehousing/logistics/ITAD or reuse
• Practical process mindset, QA know-how, and great people skills
• Comfort with inventory/CRM systems and reporting

Package: Up to £35,000 per annum • [Full-time] • [37.5 hrs/week] • Shoreham-by-Sea (some travel)
