We’re looking for an experienced Head of Network Operations (NOC) to lead our network operations team and ensure our broadband network runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Take charge of incident management to minimise downtime and ensure top-quality service for our customers.
  • Shape the future of our network operations strategy, overseeing upgrades, expansions, and security measures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain strong partnerships and meet service level agreements.
  • Combine hands-on technical work with leadership to make a real difference in rural connectivity.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in network engineering or network operations roles, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies, security principles, vendor management, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot network issues, manage incidents, and ensure the reliability and security of complex network infrastructure.
