Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Care Home setting.
• Understanding of COSHH, Food Hygiene and Regulations surrounding food safety.
• IDDSI/Specialist diet provision experience (desirable).
• Experience working in a care home (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for running the Kitchen and managing the team.
• Building and preparing menus, ensuring variety and dietary needs are met.
• Ensure kitchen practices comply with health and safety standards.
• Manage food orders to ensure sufficient stock.
