Qualifications

• A genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents.
• Experience working with a front of house team.
• Knowledge around modified diets using the IDDSI framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and inspire the kitchen team.
• Develop and tailor menus around residents’ preferences.
• Manage performance and retention of kitchen staff.
• Bake fresh cakes, scones and breads from scratch.
• Create a warm, efficient and enjoyable dining experience.
