Overview

Head Chef – Modern British & European Cuisine at Kensal Rise and Crouch End. Two sites available: one with a modern pub and restaurant downstairs, nightclub upstairs and private rooms; the other a foody, cosy pub with quiz nights, good wine and strong community. The role focuses on leading passionate teams, delivering high-quality food, and creating memorable experiences through your cooking.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop kitchen teams across two sites, driving creativity, consistency and exceptional standards.
  • Source the best British produce with seasonality guiding menu design, including pub classics with a twist, daily specials, brunch on weekends and Sunday roasts.
  • Collaborate with management on menu planning, costing, and profitability while maintaining high-quality dishes.
  • Operate a well-organized kitchen, ensuring food safety, cleanliness and efficient service.
  • Set a culture of teamwork, lead from the front, and communicate effectively with front-of-house and other staff.
