What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Group Operations Director
  • Integrating operations across all business units, ensuring alignment, shared priorities and effective delivery
  • Leading and supporting high‑impact projects, setting clear milestones, tracking progress and resolving risks
  • Strengthening cash‑flow performance by identifying levers, improving processes and supporting senior leaders
  • Maintaining a centralised view of critical workstreams, implementing tools to track deliverables and deadlines

What you’ll bring to the table as a Group Operations Director
  • Previous experience in operations leadership or integrator roles across multi‑entity environments
  • Experience in the housing/property sector (not estate agency) is highly beneficial
  • Strong project and programme management capability with an eye for dependencies and bottlenecks
  • Confident written and verbal communication, including producing reports and performance insight
  • Previous experience supporting business growth, stabilising operations and strengthening commercial processes
Working hours
  • Full‑time hours, office‑based when not visiting business units or external stakeholders
