You will manage clients, provide professional advice on land issues, and contribute to energy projects. The role requires excellent communication skills and a RICS-accredited degree. Fisher German is a fast-growing, leading firm of UK Property Consultants and Chartered Surveyors, with over 800 people across 27 offices, offering a wide range of property services lines. The company has a history dating back to 1830 and offers a dynamic environment with sporting competitions, charity events, CPD days, rotations, and a graduate development programme.
You will be responsible for your own clients and workload, so we’re looking for an ambitious self-starter who thrives on creating great, long-lasting client relationships with land owners. You will be knowledgeable and provide advice on the ECC (Electronic Communications Code) and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, advising clients on a wide range of professional work including site relocations, lease renewals and portfolio management. You will also have the opportunity to deliver on large-scale energy projects.
