Job summary

A leading education agency is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant for a SEND/SEMH school in Gainsborough. This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates passionate about supporting children with additional needs. Responsibilities include 1:1 and small group support for pupils, working with various learning difficulties, and receiving strong support from the agency. Attractive pay of £95-105 per day, Monday to Friday during term time.

Qualifications

  • Degree 2:2 or above, ideally psychology but any subjects considered.
  • Experience or knowledge of SEN.
  • Confident and enthusiastic, with a love of learning!
  • Passionate about education and supporting children with SEN.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Work with pupils who have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia.
  • Receive excellent support from the school and Aspire People.
  • Long term position - Paid 95-105 per day.

Are you a graduate who has a passion for supporting children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs?

Would you like to support pupils overcome barriers to learning, ensuring they receive a truly inclusive education?

Join Aspire people who is closely working with several SEND/SEMH schools in the Gainsborough area.

This role is ideal for a graduate looking to gain some school-based experience, or an experienced learning support assistant looking for a new opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • An ideal way to gain experience in an outstanding secondary school
  • Based in Gainsborough (other schools in other local towns available)
  • Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Work with pupils who have additional need such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, medical needs and more.
  • Receive excellent support from the school and Aspire People
  • Long term position - Paid 95-105 per day
  • Work Monday - Friday school hours, term time only
  • DBS check required, safeguarding training provided
Requirements
