Are you a recent graduate looking for a job within a school or education setting? Are you considering a future career in education or a teacher training qualification but unsure how to start on this path?

We are recruiting for Graduate Learning Support Assistants to support secondary schools across Greater Manchester to work on a full-time, part-time or day-to-day basis for the rest of the academic year.

What does a Graduate Learning Support Assistant do?

• Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis to ensure they are succeeding both academically and pastorally, responding to their individual needs
• Working alongside class teachers and other school staff, providing essential additional support
• Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students, improving the whole school learning journey
• Delivering catch-up and intervention sessions

What will you need for this job?

• Recent university degree
• Based within Greater Manchester
• Clear desire to work with children and young people
• Previous experience working with children and young people would be beneficial, but not essential
• Willingness to undertake relevant CPD training as required by Milk Education and your placement school
