We are looking for a Graduate Environmental Planner to be based in Brighton, Reading, Manchester or London, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.
Our Environmental Planning team is seeking graduates with diverse skills and interests to join our growing practice. From day one, you\'ll be part of a collaborative community of experts, supported and mentored as you develop your career. You\'ll contribute to high-profile projects, engage with clients and stakeholders, and take on meaningful responsibilities that grow with you.
As a graduate, you\'ll gain broad experience across a variety of UK-wide schemes. We work across everything from urban residential and strategic land development to large scale infrastructure schemes in the water, energy and transport sectors.
You\'ll support project delivery, contribute to environmental assessments, and help shape strategies that promote sustainable outcomes. You\'ll also be encouraged to work towards professional chartership early in your career.
