Job summary

A leading charity in the UK is seeking a dedicated professional to support clients with mental health needs and disabilities in securing sustainable employment. You will help clients through assessments, job searching, and coaching, while receiving full training in the IPS Employment Support model. This full-time, permanent role operates Monday to Friday, 9-5, across various London boroughs.

Qualifications

• Voluntary or paid experience supporting vulnerable people or similar.
• 12+ months in a role hitting targets (sales, customer service, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
