A healthcare organization in Maidstone seeks a Governance Officer to support quality governance processes and incident management. The ideal candidate will have a degree and experience in clinical audit. Responsibilities include maintaining incident reporting systems and providing support to quality improvement projects. This part-time role offers a salary between £31,049 to £37,796 per annum pro rata.
Please note: at this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB).
We are looking to recruit a Governance Officer to join our team based at the Trevor Gibbens Unit, Maidstone. Supporting the Governance Lead to develop and implement quality governance processes within the Directorate to ensure there is a comprehensive framework to continuously monitor and improve the quality of care provided. You will ensure Directorate systems are fit for purpose to provide leadership in relation to incident reporting, complaints and incident management under the PSIRF framework and provide project support and facilitation to quality improvement projects, as well as provide comprehensive support to Directorate-wide meetings as appropriate.
