Job summary

A leading project management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile global service desk outsourcing programme. This role involves end-to-end project ownership with responsibilities including leading RFI/RFP processes and managing multiple workstreams across global teams. The suitable candidate will have a strong background in delivering complex change programmes and excellent stakeholder management skills. The contract offers £550-£600 per day, mainly remote with some travel to London.

Qualifications

  • Strong background as a Project Manager delivering complex change programmes.
  • Previous experience delivering outsourcing initiatives ideally in IT or service-based.
  • Proven experience working in global, multi-region environments.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project ownership from initiation through delivery and handover to BAU.
  • Leading and coordinating RFI and RFP processes, including vendor engagement.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and delivery governance.
