Work with a fast-growing, innovation-led skincare brand as their Global Sales and Education Account Manager in London.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of retail performance, team development, and operational excellence across all national accounts; you’ll be the pivotal link between the brand and its retailers, ensuring every touchpoint dazzles and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans that meet or exceed the retail sales targets in each account and for the UK in total
- Analyse Retail Sales Performance and identify actions to optimise results to include daily and weekly sell thru reports, planning of weekly retail sales targets and tracking of individual Beauty Advisors’ sales performance
- Submission of NSV orders and tracking of tester & sample usage
- Feedback on consumer reaction and questions to the wider team
- Recruitment and retention of best-in‑class Beauty Advisors
- Building Beauty Advisor relationships to motivate and inspire them to achieve their retail sales targets
- Building an effective working relationships including store retail sales management, merchandising teams to capitalise on all opportunities to grow the brand
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions for all retail staff on product knowledge, brand story, customer service experience and selling techniques
- Partner with the Stores to create visually compelling displays that reflect the brand’s DNA
- Ensure adherence to all brand guidelines and standards in all accounts
- Ensure best standards of customer skin care consultation using unique skin scanner and skin quiz technology
- Plan and execute in store events to drive traffic and awareness

You must have:
- Proven success in retail sales and education, preferably in prestige skincare or beauty
- Established relationships with UK beauty retailers – with both sell in and sell out development opportunities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a knack for motivating teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering captivating training sessions
- An in-depth knowledge of skin, products, trends, and consumer preferences
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel, to track and optimise performance
