Overview

urbanbubble are looking for an incredible General Manager to lead the team at our Soho Yard development in Sheffield! The General Manager will be solely responsible for delivering all aspects of the lettings and management of the development, including the delivery of exceptionally high quality customer service.

What will you do?
  • Be solely responsible for delivering all aspects of the Operational and Budgetary management of the development, including the delivery of exceptionally high-quality customer service.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the building and that all the resident services are carried out to a high standard
  • Provide inspirational leadership to a highly motivated team that are committed to working within a culture of continuous improvement, outstanding performance, and excellent levels of Resident satisfaction
  • Managing and creating the budget for the building, ensuring the operation is run both efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly client reporting on lettings performance and operational budget management.
  • To implement and fully support an engagement strategy that includes resident communication and events as well as feedback and satisfaction levels
  • To ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are being properly implemented and a safe environment is provided for residents and staff.
  • Deliver all KPI’s through effective operational management and deliver the highest possible standards in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • To recruit, develop and retain talent by promoting peak performance through effective people management, embracing the one-to-one and review process
What are we looking for?
