Job summary

A leading housing contractor is seeking a Gas Engineer/Plumber for a temporary ongoing role in Chesterfield. The job involves installing bathroom suites and kitchen sinks, as well as managing gas points. Applicants must be Gas Safe Registered and have prior experience in social housing. The role offers £220-£250 per day and working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Gas Engineer/Plumber required in Chesterfield to start immedaitely for long term work a voids scheme.

The Client

Our client is a large social housing sub-contractor based who operates around Yorkshire and the North West specialising in adaptation schemes on behalf of various councils and housing associations.

Job Role

This contract is carrying out the following:

• Installing bathroom suites, kitchen sinks and to cap gas off or move a gas point for cookers or fires.

The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break Monday to Friday. The rate of pay is £220-£250 per day Umbrella/CIS. There is on street parking available.

This position is a temporary, ongoing role.
