A community-focused arts organization in London seeks a project manager with a passion for using the arts as a transformative tool in communities. The role involves managing arts projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and requires availability during peak periods. Desired candidates should have direct project management experience in the arts or charity sector.
This position would suit someone with a passion for the arts – and the power of the arts as a transformational tool in challenging community settings – who has direct project management experience gained in the arts or charity sector.
The recruitment process includes:
• Application
• Interview
• Induction (includes 2-3 hour online induction and shadowing an in-house Create Project Manager at a workshop). A full day fee is paid
• Trial project (subject to references and DBS check). Paid at regular rate
Please note: to apply for this role you must be available during Easter, summer and half-term school holidays as these are our peak periods. To be considered for the pool in the North West, you must also be based in / around Greater Manchester / Merseyside.
