A charitable housing association in London is seeking a Building Safety Officer to oversee compliance with Fire Risk Assessments. Working as part of the Building Safety Team, you will take responsibility for ensuring that Newlon meets its statutory landlord compliance obligations in relation to Fire Risk Assessments for all properties. You will deliver a high quality and robust compliance and responsive service, ensuring works and servicing programmes are delivered effectively, on time and required standards are met. Your duties will include monitoring reports, raising repairs and the allocation of identified Fire Risk Assessment tasks to relevant teams and specialist contractors, as well as other admin and database duties relating to building safety.
