This role as an FP&A - Finance Business Partner offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making within the property industry. Based in Stansted, the position requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
• Provide actionable insights to guide business strategies and decisions.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and align financial objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
• Assist in streamlining financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Deliver insightful commercial performance reporting and dashboarding to support strategic decision-making.

Profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
