Select Recruitment is Hiring! Production Operative & Forklift Driver – Outskirts of Norwich

Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Select Recruitment is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join a busy factory. This is a combined role – you will work as a Production Operative and a Forklift Driver, switching between tasks depending on the needs of the day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a forklift to move stock and materials safely
• Load and unload deliveries
• Assist with stock rotation and warehouse organisation
• Work on the production line, including packing, weighing, and preparing products
• Pick and prepare customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

All necessary PPE is provided.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a factory or production environment (preferred)
• FLT Counterbalance qualification
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Own transport required due to site location
