Job summary

Looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the premium Food business across Singapore and the region.
This role focuses on B2B sales, key account development, and team leadership, serving high-end customers such as hotels, fine-dining restaurants and distributors.

If you enjoy building strong client relationships, leading a sales team, and working with high-quality food products, this role is for you.

*Package: Basic Salary + AWS + VB(1~2 months average)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies by customer segmentIdentify new business opportunities and expand key accounts
  • Manage and grow relationships with major B2B buyers
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
  • Manage departmental budget and sales performance targets
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG or food-related industries
  • Strong experience in B2B sales and key account management
  • Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams
  • Comfortable using CRM and analysing sales data
  • Chinese OR Japanese language skills are a plus (to liaise with the clients)
