Location: Wigan, Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to 232.56 per day
Contract: Full-time, temporary (until Christmas in the first instance)

Are you a passionate Food Technology Teacher looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school? Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated Teacher of Food Technology to join one of our successful partner schools in Wigan for an immediate start.

The role involves teaching Food Technology across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging, creative and practical lessons that inspire students to develop their culinary skills and understanding of nutrition. You'll be joining a well-resourced Design & Technology department where innovation and practical learning are at the heart of the curriculum.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification

• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and lesson planning skills

• Be available to start immediately and commit until at least Christmas
