Overview

Are you passionate about crafting exceptional bakery and gelato products? We are seeking a Food Technician with a strong background in both bakery and gelato formulation to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role blends creativity and technical skill—helping us deliver consistently delicious, high-quality products at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine formulations for bakery and gelato products suited for commercial-scale production.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations, product trials, and shelf-life studies for both categories.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production, and Procurement teams to commercialise new products.
  • Ensure regulatory and food safety compliance (HACCP, GMP, etc.) across bakery and gelato lines.
  • Troubleshoot process or product issues during production and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate and approve raw materials for consistency, functionality, and suitability.
  • Stay updated on ingredient trends, process technologies, and consumer preferences in both bakery and frozen dessert categories.
Education & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Bakery Science, Dairy Science, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in food manufacturing, with proven experience in gelato and/or bakery products.

Familiarity with commercial equipment used in baking and frozen dessert production.
