Job Description - Food Services Assistant (ARD00KD) – Ardenlea Court Care Home, 39-41 Lode Lane, Bucknell Close, Solihull, B91 2AF. Location: West Midlands B91 2AF. Salary: £12.25 per hour. Role: Food Services Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service to all our residents
  • Ensuring high quality food presentation at all times
  • Serving meals and drinks to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms
  • Cleaning the dining area to keep it tidy and presentable
  • Serving refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives and visitors as required
Qualifications / Key Skills
  • Experience in a customer facing environment
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Ability to deliver excellent service to help residents feel at home
  • Ability to maintain high standards in and around the home and support a pleasant dining experience
  • Comfortable communicating with others and willing to help the wider team; positive attitude towards residents
