A leading facilities management company in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hard FM, compliance knowledge, and proven leadership experience. You will be responsible for managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and maintaining client relationships, driving continuous improvement and service excellence.
Manage day-to-day delivery of hard FM services across the contract
Ensure full compliance with statutory, contractual, and health & safety obligations
Lead and motivate engineering/technical teams to achieve high standards
Oversee budgets, financial performance, and contract reporting
Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring strong relationships and consistent communication
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and value creation within the contract
Strong background in Hard FM / Engineering services
Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar leadership role within FM
Excellent knowledge of compliance, H&S, and statutory requirements
Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
Client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and influence at senior level
