Role: Floor Layer

Contract: Temp to Perm

Rate : GBP20 GBP22 per hour

Location: West London

Working Hours per Week: 42.5 hours

Start Date: ASAP

My client is currently looking for Floor Layers to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit a number of Floor Layers on their behalf to interview and start immediately.

Day to day work will consist of going into occupied social housing properties and will be general flooring reactive maintenance and repairs being sent by a PDA. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.

The ideal Floor Layer will have the following:

• Full UK Driver s License
• Social Housing Experience
• NVQ Level 2 in Floor Covering
