Overview

Rocasa Consulting Limited are looking to recruit a Floating Mental Health Support Worker, paying £26,056 plus £2,116 to working Nights per annum once every 6 weeks on a rota basis. Based in North Bristol and South Bristol.

You will need a Full UK Driving Licence and experience in Mental Health Support and Advice.

Responsibilities

• Working with families, carers and friends and be working in a multidisciplinary team
• Building therapeutic relationships with service users
• Support a team caseload of severe and enduring mental health needs of service users
• An excellent communicator
• Receiving management and clinical supervision, together with group reflective practice
• Working day and night shifts to meet the needs of a 24/7 service
