Overview

Bank Midwife Band 6

We are looking for Registered Midwives, or those who have completed a Return to Midwifery Practice Course or are returning to midwifery after a break of less than three years. We have exciting opportunities within our Maternity Services for Band 6 bank Midwives in Community and Acute Midwifery.

About UHDB and our Maternity Services

We place the woman, baby and family at the centre of our service. We are a consultant-led unit with a dedicated Midwifery-led care area within our delivery suites and deliver care to a diverse population with complex medical and social needs, working alongside a team of Specialist Midwives.

UHDB has cross sites with consultant units at Derby and Burton on Trent, alongside a Birth Centre at Derby and a freestanding Birth Centre at Lichfield.
