Finance Solicitor – UK Real Estate Finance & Renewable Energy Project Finance

Temporary Role | Inside IR35 | PAYE or Umbrella

A leading UK Top 50 law firm is seeking a Finance Solicitor (ideally 2-8 years PQE) to join its specialist finance team initially for 2-3 months with the potential to extend further.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality transactions across UK real estate finance and renewable energy project finance. You’ll be advising on secured lending, project structuring, and finance documentation for major infrastructure and property developments, supporting lenders, developers, and investors.

The team is known for its technical strength, collaborative culture, and involvement in complex, high-value matters across the UK. You’ll be part of a supportive environment where your expertise will contribute directly to impactful transactions.
