As our business continues to grow at pace, we are seeking a talented and commercially astute Finance Manager to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a dynamic and ambitious organisation while ensuring strong governance and compliance across all business areas.

The Role

The Finance Manager will have full responsibility for the finance function, providing strategic insight, robust financial control, and strong compliance leadership. You will work closely with the Board and senior stakeholders, ensuring the business is positioned for sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance function, overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management

  • Oversee payroll and ensure adherence to employment and financial legislation
  • Champion compliance across all operational areas, ensuring regulatory, contractual, and governance standards are consistently met
  • Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
  • Introduce process and system improvements to drive efficiency and operational excellence
What We re Looking For
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
  • Significant experience in a senior finance or a leadership role
  • Strong technical accounting expertise with a proven track record of driving financial performance
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills at Board level
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to balance risk management with growth opportunities
  • Sector experience in events, logistics, or a fast-paced operational business is advantageous but not essential
