An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a highly respected organisation based in Watford, offering a competitive salary of £75,000. This pivotal role is designed for someone who thrives on providing insightful financial analysis and building meaningful relationships across supply chain operations aceoss the UK.

• Develop, maintain, and deliver accurate site budgets and forecasts, ensuring all financial models are robust and up-to-date for effective decision-making.
• Prepare detailed variance analyses comparing actual results against budgets, prior years, and forecasts, presenting findings clearly to senior management.
• Produce high-quality periodic reporting packs for senior stakeholders, including comprehensive commentary on key drivers of performance at each site.
• Support the financial aspects of capital expenditure projects by analysing maintenance capex versus budget/forecast and assisting with return on investment assessments.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost savings, and process enhancements within the supply chain function.
• Monitor, calculate, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for each site, confidently articulating the factors behind variances to drive informed action.
• Assist in the preparation of ad hoc reports as required by management or project needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
• Engage proactively with broader finance teams and stakeholders to continuously improve reporting processes through greater automation and deeper analytical insights.
• Liaise with Financial Control regarding cashflow budgeting, forecasting, and periodic variance analysis to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Contribute data and insights for group sustainability initiatives and legislative reporting requirements as needed.
