  • Liaise with Channel Specialist Teams to understand performance.
  • Design bespoke T&L roadmaps for the region or BU.
  • Manage a Paid Digital Executive and cultivate team culture.
Job description
Client Responsibilities
  • Support your Paid Digital Director in delivering best‑in‑class RTBs, Media Plans and PCAs for H&M’s full‑funnel "Big 4" and high‑impact "New Development" campaigns.
  • Lead planning for H&M’s smaller "Prioritised" branding campaigns.
  • Brief Channel Specialist Teams to activate campaigns and keep close contact to understand how activity performs once live.
  • Regularly liaise with Channel Specialist Teams to stay up‑to‑date on the status of your region/BU’s always‑on "Consideration" and "Conversion" streams.
  • Design bespoke T&L roadmaps for your region and/or BU, working closely with the Paid Digital Director.
  • Understand H&M’s Central Digital Strategy Framework and apply it to all strategic recommendations.
  • Align strategic recommendations to the bespoke needs of your region/BU and their business goals.
  • Field basic questions and requests across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key day‑to‑day clients and deliver immaculate client service.
  • Act as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day client questions.
  • Ensure all client calls are well‑prepared, collaborating with the Paid Digital Director and Paid Digital Executive.
Team Responsibilities
  • Line‑manage one Paid Digital Executive.
  • Set clear progression plans for your direct report and host regular 1:1 check‑ins.
  • Embrace and drive positive culture within your team.
