Overview

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting our key client, a leading professional services firm, in their search for a Financial Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional at part or newly qualified level to take on a varied and challenging role supporting financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with senior leadership and the wider finance team to deliver high-quality financial insights that drive business performance.

On offer is an excellent salary and benefits package with a hybrid working pattern of 50% home and office based work.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare month-end management reports, quarterly reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Analyse financial performance across divisions, partner groups, locations, and client sectors
  • Create and maintain financial models and support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing initiatives
  • Assist with payroll preparation and statutory compliance including tax and VAT reporting
  • Maintain financial data integrity and present insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Support partner-related financial matters with complete discretion
Qualifications
  • Previous finance experience in a professional environment, ideally educated to part qualified or newly qualified level
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate work
  • Strong financial analysis skills from a role at a similar or more junior level
  • Excellent communication abilities - able to translate complex financial data for diverse audiences
