Overview

Join Our Team as a Finance Administrator! We are seeking a proactive Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for bookkeeping, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position details

Role: Finance Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 3 - 4 days a week
Salary: £25,700 - £26,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Managing bookkeeping tasks with precision
  • Utilising Excel and software such as Xero and Sage for financial entries
  • Recording debit and credit card transactions accurately
  • Overseeing petty cash and cash book management
  • Handling credit card expenses and sending reports to managers
  • Registering, replacing, and fixing company phones
  • Monitoring utility and gas metre readings
  • Preparing year-end entries and reconciliations
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Xero and Sage
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
