The business is known for innovation, product quality and strong technical support and is now expanding its field service team to enhance customer experience across the region.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support, installation guidance and product troubleshooting. You'll work closely with both commercial clients and internal teams to ensure products are installed correctly, performing effectively and supported throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site technical support, installation assistance and product demonstrations
  • Diagnose and resolve product or installation issues efficiently
  • Carry out routine service checks and product testing
  • Provide training to customers and trade partners where required
  • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
  • Work closely with technical, sales and customer service teams to provide feedback and support
  • Represent the company professionally while building strong customer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures
About You
  • Previous experience in a field service, technical support, or engineering role
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical understanding
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands‑on mindset
  • Confident communicating with customers and explaining technical information clearly
  • Able to work independently, plan routes and manage your own schedule
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience within hardware, security products, or construction-related industries (advantageous but not essential)
