You will be responsible for installing and maintaining EPOS systems, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and managing your own workload. Our client is one of the country's largest technology providers, supplying EPOS (till) systems, mobile apps for ordering and web apps for engaging with consumers through loyalty programmes or reservations.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot system connectivity issues at sites throughout the Sheffield area.
As a Field Service Engineer, you should have a good mix of the following skills and experience.
Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. On-Call One Week in Three: Standby Hours: Mon – Fri 5pm-9pm, Sat & Sun 9am – 9pm
£31396 (£28620 + £2776 standby allowance) estimated earnings: £35000 including overtime when on call out + £250 quarterly performance bonus. Basic salary rises from £28620 to £30000 after 12 months service. Company Van, 33 days holiday, Pension Scheme, Profit Share, Excellent Additional Benefits
