Job summary

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site repairs, commissioning, servicing, and calibration of inline inspection equipment.
• Conduct upgrades and refurbishments at customer sites.
• Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations at all times.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in the on-call standby rota as required.

Requirements:

• Based close to the M11 towards Cambridge
• Strong technical commercial electrical/electronic skills.
• Minimum BTEC level of NNC Electrical Engineering Qualification
• Experience in a field service role (commissioning, repairs, servicing, and customer support).
• Basic PLC programming knowledge and familiarity with PC hardware (advantageous).
• Full UK driving licence.
