Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments for new care packages.
  • Update and complete risk assessments as needed.
  • Report changes in service users' needs promptly.
  • Monitor care quality and service-user satisfaction.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Provide regular updates to the Operations Team.
  • Attend Local Authority reviews and document outcomes.
  • Conduct spot checks on care workers.
  • Handle complaints, concerns, and queries professionally.

FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This role involves both field work and office‑based support, ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality care.

Experience

Similar experience is welcomed but not essential. The right proactive attitude is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out assessments for new care packages
  • Complete and update risk assessments as required (6‑monthly for double‑handed packages; annually or as needed for all others)
  • Report any changes in service users’ needs to the Care Coordination Team promptly
  • Monitor service‑user satisfaction and care quality
  • Ensure all documentation in service users’ homes is accurate and compliant
  • Keep written reports and admin fully up to date for Operations Management sign‑off
  • Work closely with the Senior Care Coordinator/Operations Team and provide regular field updates
  • Attend Local Authority reviews and record all outcomes
  • Conduct spot checks on care workers during visits to ensure high standards
  • Respond professionally to complaints, concerns, and queries
